Hi everyone!

It was a struggle to decide what kind of a story to write for NaNoReNo. I initially resisted the idea of doing another person-meets-person type love story. I've already written quite many love stories. Do I have anything left to say?

 I thought I should rather push myself and do something experimental, something risky, something interesting, something radical. I had plenty of ideas, but they were quite grand in scope, and I was a little worried about burning out as I did with Bear Care. Making an entire game on your own is a lot of work. 

I was feeling stuck, until one day, The Beatles song All You Need Is Love popped into my head.

Chewing on the lyrics made me realize that I still have a lot to say about love. And that a queer love story is inherently interesting, never without risk, by default radical, and always worth telling.

I reflected on the conversations that I've had in the recent months with various people, and what they had to say about love, their anxieties and their hopes surrounding it, as well as my own anxieties and hopes, and this is the story that emerged.

Writing this story helped me to process some things and I like the way it turned out. I hope you like it, too!
